Important Update on Pricing and Shipping Options
Dear Valued Customers,
Due to the ever-changing tariff landscape, we will be implementing a preliminary and temporary surcharge of 14% on all products excluding USA made cosmetics and blowout sale items, effective immediately. This surcharge will apply to all open backordered items and all FOB Huntington Beach as well.
As you may be aware, current U.S. tariffs on products imported from China are 145%, and can reach 170% for goods that contain steel or aluminum. These conditions present a significant challenge for everyone in our industry.
Please know that we are committed to supporting our customers during this time by absorbing a substantial portion of these increased costs for as long as we are able.
To provide more flexibility, we are also offering an alternative purchasing option:
Customers who wish to drop ship directly from our facility in Shenzhen, China may do so with the 14% surcharge waived and an additional 20% discount applied to the order.
To qualify, the following conditions must be met:
- Minimum order size:$50,000
- Orders must be placed in full case counts (Some exceptions may apply)
- Estimated lead time:Approximately 90 days
- Customer is responsible for shipping costs and any duties
- Terms: Existing terms will be honored. If current terms are Prepay, Prepayment is required prior to shipment
